I can't connect to IRC.

  1. BlanixTheBlood Perfect hair

    I'm getting this message.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.sorcery.net:9091.

    * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

    * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

    * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have no fire walls in place that I did not before.
And everything except the IRC is working.

    that's odd.

How about you try to connect using mibbit?

    server: shire.sorcery.net
    channel: #superswordaction

It appears that SorceryNet's webchat is down for some reason. You could download an IRC client. Clients for Windows include:

    • mIRC (standalone, nags at you on startup after trial period but lets you still use it)
    • xChat (standalone, free)
    • KVIrc (standalone, free)
    • ChatZilla (Firefox addon, free).

The network address is irc.sorcery.net (SorceryNet may already be in the client's network list) and the channel is #superswordaction.
