If you were a woman I would make love to you for your awesome tastes.

Oh and for my tastes, I like anything with meat and veggies combined, I cant stand haveing only meat, or only veggies unless its junk food. When I cook they have to match, I really love Zuchini though. Squash also, And of course rice.
  6. Running Wild SMASHAAAAAAAAA!!!

Oh, how could I forget. I also love... CORN!!!
  7. Fellhound Regret

That is the gourd I do not like, I dont mind the tasty, but its texture is horrid. Maybe I just gotta find a way to cook it properly? I heard that was importat.

    Cooking eggplant?

This is what I do when I cook Japanese Eggplants (I think that's what they're called? The skinny ones?)

    • Wash the eggplants and cut off the ends.
    • Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and widthwise.
    • Take the white portion of some green unions and chop it into little rings.
    • Take some garlic, remove the skin, and chop that into little piece.
    • Heat up some cooking oil on the stove.
    • When oil is hot, add the green unions and garlic.
    • After a little while, add the eggplant.
    • While the eggplant is cooking, periodically add water to cooking eggplants. (Not too much, this isn't eggplant soup...)
    • Season eggplants as needed. (I just use salt.)
    • Flip eggplants after one side has a sort of grilled look.

After doing all this, the eggplants should be rather squishy, but they taste wonderful. (In my opinion, anyway.)

I will try this next time I go shopping ill grab eggplants, as I havnt bought any since I ate the last ones...
  11. Fellhound Regret

    Definitely worth a try.

It sounds like you do a good deal of cooking, so you should have no problem.

(Seriously, if I can make it, ANYONE can...)

Also, I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I used the skinny eggplants, not those crazy fat ones.

When I have the right equipment again, I plan on learning how to cook Jalebi.

    For cooked food:

Can't ever go wrong with rice, white or brown.
I also enjoy anything with mushrooms, potatoes, eggs, or meat. Properly flavored vegetables and tilapia are nice too. But on the other hand I can pretty much eat anything. I had stuff like chicken feet, pig's blood, frog, rabbit, and whatnot before (I like pig's blood). I once ate a dried cicada while I was in China. It tasted and had the texture of an unsalted peanut.

I've never seen it nor ate it.

This was a terribly good dinner my mom made a few months ago. I decided to take a picture of it before I ate it.
