I'm planning to restart the server (hardware) tonight to update shared memory size.
For reasons beyond my understanding, Debian (server OS) ships with a very small shared memory (32MB).
I'm bumping it up to a larger size (256MB), in hope to get everything smoother.
I've noted a down-curve in activity at around 11PM Pacific Time, since there is no coinciding DFO server maintenance, this reboot should be barely notable.
If everything goes planned (and I don't die from the disease), I will go ahead and do this tonight at 11PM Pacific.
  2. That is 2 AM EST tonight.

Yes, I expect the good boys and girls to be sleeping, and bad boys and girls be playing DFO :)
